One day last week Eden was taking long nap, so Clara suggested that we make some "unicorn" cookies. Not really knowing how to make those (or really what they even are) we tried some jam cookies. They actually turned out delicious! I was nervous too, because Clara dumped in an extra half cup of the whole wheat. She tends to get carried away with her masterpieces. They turned out great and they were ALL gone two days later. They're especially fun to do with little ones because you use your thumb to make a dent in the cookie to fill with jam. Clara loved it and her little thumb was just the right size!
